President Milatović visits Ulcinj to discuss development and education
Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović conducted a working visit to Ulcinj, focusing on regional development and education. They are demanding a teacher trained in the Montenegrin-Serbian-Bosnian-Croatian language. Milatović noted that he is not the relevant authority to resolve specific language proficiency issues.
In a separate development regarding infrastructure, the Minister of Ecology, Damjan Ćulafić, met with the President of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katić. They discussed accelerating procedures for wastewater treatment plants and sewage collectors in Njivice, with plans to seek funding from European institutions like the European Investment Bank and the Western Balkans Investment Framework.
