Jakub Řezníček debuts for Lanžhot in amateur football

Former professional footballer Jakub Řezníček has made his debut for Lanžhot in the division, marking the beginning of his amateur career following his retirement from professional play. In his first match, Lanžhot secured a 1-0 victory against Baťov, with nearly 600 spectators in attendance.

Řezníček, who previously served as captain for Zbrojovka Brno, expressed that while his legs felt the physical strain of the match after a hiatus, he aims to improve week by week. He noted his intention to help his new teammates and continue enjoying the game.

While currently playing for Lanžhot, Řezníček plans to relocate his family back to Brno, where he is currently searching for housing. He intends to travel to Lanžhot for training sessions and matches while establishing his civilian life in the Brno region.
