Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts is preparing for the upcoming season under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion. Mannion becomes the fifth offensive coordinator for the team since 2021.

Hurts noted that the team is working to “calibrate” to a new offensive system influenced by Shanahan and McVay principles, which includes wide-zone concepts, play-action, and increased under-center work. Hurts expressed confidence in the direction provided by Mannion, describing the coach's vision as a “North Star” for the offense.

In addition to football preparations, Hurts and the Eagles participated in a community meal-packing event at Lincoln Financial Field with the nonprofit Philabundance to support hunger relief efforts.
