Jalisco certifies 21 municipalities for digital licensing platform Visor Urbano
The Government of Jalisco certified 21 municipalities that have completed implementation of the Visor Urbano Jalisco platform, enabling fully digital and georeferenced issuance of construction and operating licenses. The certification ceremony was held at the Ex Recinto Legislativo of the Palacio de Gobierno, where Secretary General Salvador Zamora highlighted the role of administrative simplification in local economic development and praised Governor Pablo Lemus for promoting the state’s technological leadership.
Among the certified towns, nine belong to the Los Altos region—Acatic, Cañadas de Obregón, Encarnación de Díaz, Jalostotitlán, Jesús María, Lagos de Moreno, Mexticacán, Ojuelos and San Ignacio Cerro Gordo. The state aims to extend Visor Urbano to all 125 municipalities, standardising processes, improving fiscal collection and enhancing transparency for residents.
