JAM Fukui Katsuyama Tokyu Hotel & Resorts announces alcohol culture tours

JAM Fukui Katsuyama Tokyu Hotel & Resorts has announced a limited series of specialized accommodation plans for November 2026. The program focuses on the dual alcohol cultures of the Okuetsu region in Fukui Prefecture, featuring both local wine and traditional sake.

On November 6 and 13, the tour will visit Hakusan Winery in Ono City, which specializes in wines made from native wild grapes. Participants will engage in craft activities using grape vines and tour the winery. On November 20 and 27, the tour will visit Uno Shuzojo, a brewery with approximately 400 years of history that utilizes the local spring water of Ono.

For all participants, the hotel will provide a unique dining experience consisting of six pairing dishes—three designed by Japanese cuisine chefs and three by Western cuisine chefs—to complement three different types of local alcohol.
