The Jamaican faith-based crime drama ‘Redeemed: A Father’s Love’ has won the Best Ensemble Cast award at the 2026 Caribbean International Film & Fashion Festival (CARIFF) held in Wilmington, Delaware.

Directed by Luc Stephen and executive produced by Reverend Dr. Otis Manning, the film is based on a true story involving the kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl. The narrative explores themes of betrayal, faith, and redemption as an investigation uncovers family secrets, including the revelation that the kidnapper is the girl’s biological father.

The cast features American actor Malik Yoba alongside a group of Jamaican and international performers, including Jacinth Headlam, Charmaine Fenton, Cornelius Grant, Julie Mango, Safaree Samuels, Justin Awn, and Prince Saj. Following a sold-out premiere in Kingston, the award highlights the growing international exposure of Caribbean cinema.
