Jamal Musiala Faces Sharp Criticism Over Injury Setbacks and Form

Schweinsteiger echoed the criticism in an interview, highlighting a missed tackle by Musiala in the World Cup round of 16 and noting the player’s limited impact since his comeback, including the removal of a metal plate after surgery. Both former stars stressed the need for Musiala to improve to retain his place in the Bayern squad. Bayern announced that Musiala is expected to resume training after an Asian tour in early August and could feature in the upcoming Supercup against Borussia Dortmund, while dismissing rumors of interest from Galatasaray.
