Jambojet to resume Nairobi–Entebbe flights in 2026
Jambojet, a leading East African low-cost carrier, has announced it will resume flights on the Nairobi–Entebbe route starting 1 October 2026. This marks the airline’s return to the Ugandan market after a six-year hiatus.
CEO and Managing Director Karanja Ndegwa stated that the move is a strategic step to strengthen regional connectivity and support business, tourism, and trade between Kenya and Uganda. In addition to passenger services, the airline will introduce cargo and parcel services to facilitate the movement of goods between the two economies.
One-way fares for the route are expected to start at approximately USD 170.
