James Lee Harding, Jr., master welder, passes away at 75

James “Jim” Lee Harding, Jr., age 75, passed away on July 22, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky. A resident of Rising Sun, Indiana, Harding spent much of his life in Mount Orab, Ohio, and was born in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Harding was a master welder and foreman in the steel manufacturing industry. His structural work is featured in the Cincinnati skyline and at Kings Island, including the Eiffel Tower and various roller coasters. He was survived by his wife, Brenda, several children, and grandchildren.
