James Neesham joins Glasgow Cosmic for inaugural ETPL season

Glasgow Cosmic has announced the signing of New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham for the inaugural season of the European T20 Premier League (ETPL).

Co-owner Matthew Hayden described Neesham as a "great match-winner" whose all-round abilities and experience make him a key player for the franchise. CEO Rashid Ali Khan added that Neesham brings "great balance and energy" to the team.

The 33-year-old batsman and medium-pace bowler brings significant international experience, having represented New Zealand in major ICC tournaments, including the Cricket World Cup and T20 World Cup. Neesham has recorded 105 T20 international appearances, scoring 1,105 runs and taking 64 wickets.
