Jamia Millia Islamia hosts national workshop on childhood trauma

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) recently concluded a three-day national workshop titled “Healing Childhood Trauma: Strength-Based Approaches and Rehabilitation Practices.” The event focused on increasing awareness of childhood trauma and improving rehabilitation methods.

Organized by the Centre for Jawaharlal Nehru Studies in collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education and the Indian Association of Health, Research, and Welfare, the workshop held CRE status from the Rehabilitation Council of India. The program brought together various academicians and professionals to discuss strengthening professional understanding and practical approaches to trauma recovery.
