Jamie Campbell Bower rules out secret ninth episode of Stranger Things

Actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who played the villain Vecna in Netflix’s "Stranger Things," denied the long‑running fan theory that a hidden ninth episode – dubbed the “Conformity Gate” – was filmed and would be released. Speaking at the San Diego Comic‑Con press event, Bower called the idea “pretty crazy,” explained that all filming was completed, and said that if an extra episode existed he was not involved. He noted that the series finale was intended to be the final chapter and that Netflix had already confirmed all episodes are available.
