Jamie Carragher says Manchester City and Arsenal favored, Liverpool and United unlikely to win Premier League

He said the club needs at least two defenders and a natural right‑winger, noting the lack of a replacement for Mohamed Salah and questioning the pursuit of left‑winger Bradley Barcola.
