Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo describe police search of their home

Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo shared details on their NewlyParents podcast regarding a middle-of-the-night police search at their home. The couple reported being woken at approximately 1 a.m. by four police officers following a triggered alarm at a nearby residence belonging to an unnamed high-profile individual.

During the incident, officers inspected the garden and property. At the couple's request, police returned to conduct a search of their basement using sniffer dogs. Laing described the experience as “absolutely terrifying,” noting the intimidation caused by the presence of officers and the large police dogs in their home.

The event follows previous security concerns for the couple, including a near-burglary and a robbery attempt at their West London residence earlier this year.
