Former Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy is exploring several paths for his post-playing career following his departure from Cremonese. Currently a free agent, the 39-year-old is attracting interest from Brazilian club São Paulo, which has reportedly made a formal offer to sign him. Vardy is said to be open to a weekly salary of approximately £25,000 to continue his playing career.

Simultaneously, Vardy is expanding his presence in digital media. His YouTube channel, ‘Jamie Vardy’s Having A Party’, has secured a broadcasting deal with the Bundesliga. Through an agreement with Banijay Entertainment’s Workerbee label, Vardy will help broadcast seven Friday night matches live to audiences in the United Kingdom and Ireland during the 2026/27 season. This move aligns with the Bundesliga's strategy to engage younger audiences through content creators and social media platforms.
