Jamkrindo supports strengthening national competency standards

PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Persero), known as Jamkrindo, is supporting the development of the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) for the guarantee sector. The initiative aims to strengthen professionalism and competitiveness within the national guarantee industry.

Jamkrindo President Director Abdul Bari stated that establishing these standards is a strategic step toward building a foundation of competent, professional, and high-integrity human resources. He noted that strengthening competency standards is increasingly relevant due to digital transformation, evolving regulations, and the need for improved risk management and governance. The company is collaborating with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other industry stakeholders to implement these standards and enhance the overall guarantee ecosystem.
