The shop, known as Mercadito Jamón Jamón, specializes in traditional Extremaduran ingredients such as ham, loin, chorizo, and cheese sourced from small producers. Its star offering is a large sandwich priced at 1.50 euros, with an option to add a drink for an additional euro. The menu also includes homemade paninis for two euros.

Content creators have contributed to the business's viral success, labeling the shop as offering some of the cheapest sandwiches in Madrid. The establishment maintains a traditional market-style operation, focusing on high-quality regional products.
