Jamshid Rajabi funeral set following maritime incident near Qeshm islands

A funeral is scheduled for Tuesday for Jamshid Rajabi, a sailor from Bandar Imam Khomeini, who was killed during an alleged American aggression against an Iranian container ship near Qeshm, Hormuz, and Abu Musa islands. Two other sailors were injured in the incident but are reported to be in stable condition.

In Bushehr, preparations are underway for the third National Congress of Commanders, Colonels, and 2,000 Martyrs. The event is designed with an international approach and will feature field performances, television productions, and written works at the Bushehr tourism village. Organizers expect up to 10,000 nightly visitors.

To support the congress, national television networks are planning extensive coverage from February 9 to February 17 (20 to 28 Esfand). Media preparations include the production of special teasers, short documentaries focusing on the families of martyrs, and dedicated radio and television festivals to promote the culture of sacrifice.
