Jan Błachowicz lends motion capture to new game The Blood of Dawnwalker

Former UFC champion Jan Błachowicz has expanded his professional reach into the gaming industry. The Polish MMA fighter participated in motion capture sessions for the new dark fantasy action-RPG, ‘The Blood of Dawnwalker’. Developed by Rebel Wolves, a studio featuring former CD PROJEKT RED employees, the game features Błachowicz as the movement basis for Bakir, a primary antagonist and vampire warrior.

In his athletic career, the 43-year-old Błachowicz is facing a transitional period. Following a loss to Navajo Stirling on August 1, 2026, Błachowicz has not secured a victory since 2022. While his recent performance marks a challenging stretch for veteran Polish fighters in the UFC, the release of ‘The Blood of Dawnwalker’ has seen significant interest, peaking at over 57,000 concurrent players.
