Jaén employment program helps 200 people find work
The ATENEA program, managed by the Municipal Institute of Employment and Business Training (IMEFE) in Jaén, has helped approximately 200 unemployed individuals secure jobs through its training itineraries.
To improve accessibility, the program has launched a new intuitive website that centralizes information regarding courses, training itineraries, calls for applications, and employment opportunities. The initiative involves a total investment of 5.4 million euros.
Currently, 57 professional itineraries are available, with approximately 60 percent already executed. While the average insertion rate for completed itineraries is over 40 percent, specific sectors such as welding have achieved insertion rates between 90 and 95 percent.
