Jan Pancar wins MX1 Italian Pro Prestige Motocross title

The 2026 Italian Pro Prestige Motocross Championship concluded at the Gioiella track in Castiglione del Lago. In the MX1 class, Jan Pancar secured his second career Italian title after winning the first heat. The second heat was cancelled following an accident involving Isak Gifting and Matteo Puccinelli, which required Puccinelli to receive medical attention at a hospital. Due to the cancellation, the results from the first heat determined the final standings. Alessandro Lupino finished third in the first heat and secured second place overall in the MX1 championship, finishing as the top Italian rider in the standings.

In the MX2 class, Valerio Lata and Simone Mancini were among the key competitors. Mancini achieved a third-place finish in the second heat after recovering from a crash in the first heat, though he did not reach the overall Elite class podium.
