Jan Rejžek undergoes leg amputation due to health complications

Czech music critic and writer Jan Rejžek has announced that doctors had to amputate part of his left leg due to medical complications. Rejžek shared the news via Facebook, noting that while the situation is difficult, he is maintaining his sense of humor.

As a result of his health status, Rejžek has been forced to postpone several scheduled public discussions and meetings planned for the autumn in locations including Sázava and Prachatice. He expressed hope that these events can be rescheduled for the spring and intends to resume his activities after the New Year.
