Jan Urban leaves Robert Lewandowski on bench for Poland vs Sweden match

Poland national football team coach Jan Urban has made a surprising decision regarding the starting lineup for the upcoming Nations League match against Sweden. Following a 0-0 draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Urban has opted to leave star striker Robert Lewandowski on the bench.

Mateusz Żukowski will start in Lewandowski's place. Urban stated that the decision was made after discussions, noting that Lewandowski is feeling better and is expected to return to his usual form in subsequent matches. Other changes to the lineup include Przemysław Wiśniewski replacing Kacper Potulski and Wiktor Nowak starting instead of Bartosz Slisz.

Swedish media have reacted to the news with surprise, noting the absence of one of the world's best players. Poland is currently competing in Division B, Group 4, alongside Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania, with the goal of returning to Division A.
