Jana Ebner, head chef on ‘Rosins Restaurants’, dies at 51
The production team of the Kabel Eins television show ‘Rosins Restaurants’ is mourning the death of Jana Ebner, the head chef of the restaurant Magicuisine. Ebner passed away at the age of 51.
Ebner was featured in an episode filmed in the summer of 2025 at the Magicuisine restaurant located at the Florian-Zimmer-Theater in Neu-Ulm. The episode involving her culinary work was broadcast on Thursday, September 17.
Florian Zimmer, the owner of the restaurant, described Ebner as a ‘very special personality’ who was ‘extremely important’ to the establishment. The circumstances regarding her death have not been disclosed. In response to the tragedy, the television program included a memorial message at the end of the episode to honor her memory.
