Jandaia do Sul and Marumbi host first Family Walk

The first edition of the Caminhada pela Família (Family Walk) brought together approximately 1,470 faithful participants from the municipalities of Jandaia do Sul and Marumbi on Sunday morning.

The nine-kilometer route began at Colégio São José, where participants gathered for breakfast and stretching exercises. The walk concluded at the Capela Nossa Senhora Aparecida in the rural community of Maracanã.

Organized by the parish team under Father Reginaldo Teruel, the event included 1,230 registrants from Jandaia do Sul and 240 residents from the Marumbi parish. The initiative received support from the Jandaia do Sul City Hall and local businesses to promote community ties and religious expression.
