Jandarma General Command to recruit 135 active-duty officers

The Ministry of Interior, through the Jandarma and Coast Guard Academy Presidency, has announced the recruitment of 135 active-duty officers for the Gendarmerie General Command. The application process began on October 12, 2026, and will remain open until October 26, 2026, at 23:59.

The recruitment includes 116 men and 12 women for normal quotas, alongside 6 men and 1 woman for quotas reserved for relatives of martyrs or disabled veterans. Specialized roles include 79 Gendarmerie officers, 11 engineers, 10 communications specialists, 7 maintenance staff, 4 lawyers, and various teaching positions in subjects such as English, Physical Education, Italian, and French. Other technical roles include medical doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and civil engineers.

Applicants must meet specific criteria regarding age, education, and exam scores from KPSS, ALES, and YDS. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Jandarma and Coast Guard Academy Personnel Procurement System (PTS) using e-Devlet credentials. Physical or postal applications will not be accepted.
