Jane Wiseman exits Paramount+ amid Skydance streaming restructuring

Jane Wiseman, head of Paramount+ Originals, is departing the streaming service as Skydance restructures its direct-to-consumer leadership following the merger of Paramount+ and HBO Max. Under the new organizational structure led by Casey Bloys, Wiseman’s former responsibilities will be integrated under Sarah Aubrey, the head of originals for HBO Max.

The leadership team for the combined streaming division will include several HBO executives: Francesca Orsi will serve as president of HBO drama series and films, Amy Gravitt will lead comedy series, and Nina Rosenstein will oversee late night and specials. Nancy Abraham and Lisa Heller will continue to manage documentary programming, while Glenn Whitehead has been named president and COO of HBO and Paramount+.

Jeff Cusson has been appointed as the head of communications for Skydance DTC, overseeing global strategy and publicity. This restructuring follows the departure of previous DTC head Cindy Holland and aims to define clear responsibilities for creative teams as the two streaming platforms move toward integration.
