Janel Grant hospitalized after serious fall

Janel Grant, a former WWE employee whose 2024 lawsuit contributed to the resignation of Vince McMahon, has shared details regarding a serious accident that resulted in her hospitalization.

Grant reported via Instagram that she suffered a concussion, broken ribs, and a lung hemorrhage after tripping on a carpet runner and falling into a wooden bed frame. She stated that the accident occurred in late July or early August and caused her to black out, leaving her with no memory of the days immediately following the fall.

Grant described the incident as a moment of realization regarding the “daily atrophy” she has experienced since June 2022, following her sexual abuse allegations against McMahon. She noted that the accident highlighted the loss of her support system, mental health, and financial stability.
