Jangwi New Town residents to host 2nd community festival

Residents of five apartment complexes in Jangwi New Town, Seongbuk-gu, will host the 2nd Jangnyu Momope (Jangwi New Town Everyone Gather Festival) on the 22nd near Jangwol-ro 37. The resident-led event aims to foster community culture and break down boundaries between different apartment complexes.

Approximately 5,000 households from complexes including Dream Forest IPARK, Raemian Jangwi First High, Raemian Jangwi Fore County, Dream Forest Daemyung Lucen, and Dream Forest Kolon Hanulchae are participating. Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, which featured flea markets and talent shows, this year’s festival will emphasize summer activities.

The event area will operate as a car-free street, featuring large water slides and water play facilities at Gandae Children's Park. Other scheduled activities include resident-operated experience booths, food markets, and cultural performances designed to engage all generations.
