Jannik Sinner readies for Wimbledon 2026 amid heat precautions
World No. 1 Italian tennis star Jannik Sinner spoke to the press at the All England Club in London ahead of Wimbledon 2026. He reflected on his historic grass‑court title last year, recalling his family in the stands and saying, “Winning here is special, I’m in good shape after Paris and I feel ready.”
Sinner revealed he is using a cooling vest and an ice pack on his head during practice to cope with the unusually hot weather in London. He added that he has not played on grass for about a year, expects the opening matches to be difficult, and believes the experience will make him stronger for the rest of the season.
