Japan AI training services launch to support corporate adoption

Several Japanese service providers are launching initiatives to facilitate corporate AI adoption and workforce training.

Alterna. fun College, operated by Noda Shuichi Office, has introduced a support program for small and medium-sized enterprises to utilize Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare subsidies for AI training. The platform offers over 400 courses and provides tools to automate the reporting of learning logs required for subsidy applications. By leveraging these subsidies, the effective monthly cost per user can be reduced significantly.

Simultaneously, Japan Web Service has renewed its AI product comparison and implementation platform, AI Compass. To mark the renewal, the company is running a campaign through October 29, 2026, offering its AI education support system with a permanent monthly fee of 0 yen (excluding account fees). The platform aims to assist businesses through the entire lifecycle of AI adoption, from searching and comparing products to providing consultation and post-implementation training.
