Japan Airlines and Spring Japan announce aviation career and experience programs

Japan Airlines (JAL) and J-AIR have announced a joint pilot business experience program for the 2026 fiscal year. The program, scheduled for January 2027, aims to provide university and graduate students with insights into the duties of flight crew and the aviation industry through group work and interactions with active pilots.

Separately, Spring Japan is collaborating with Green Port Agency to host a special bus tour at Narita International Airport on December 12. The tour, themed around Runway Day, offers participants the opportunity to visit restricted airport areas, view aircraft from the Ramp Central Tower, and participate in cabin crew experience activities, including emergency slide training and in-flight announcements.
