Japan announces upcoming anime festivals and exhibitions

Several major anime-related events have been announced in Japan. The Animate Girls Festival 2026 is scheduled for November 7–8 in the Ikebukuro area of Tokyo. This large-scale otome event will feature collaborations with Ajinomoto AGF, including random gift sets of coffee and tea sticks for attendees and a digital lottery via LINE. Event perks include original shoppers featuring STPR Family and Disney Sparklink Stars/Break My Case.

Additionally, the Steins;Gate ANIMATION 15th Anniversary EXHIBITION will move to Osaka. Following its Tokyo run, the exhibition will be held at Rakubasu Hall from October 3 to October 18, 2026. The event offers an immersive experience of the series' world, featuring photo spots, character introductions, and various merchandise. Attendees can receive exclusive items such as photo-style cards and lab member stickers.
