Japan Food Selection announces winners for Kinki and Chubu regions

The Japan Food Analyst Association has announced the winners of the 103rd Japan Food Selection in the food and beverage category for the Kinki and Chubu regions. This consumer-led certification program recognizes high-quality food products based on taste and marketability.

In the Kinki region, Grand Prix winners include Tawaratan Co., Ltd. for its additive-free Kyoto-style obanzai set, Kyoto Katsuo Co., Ltd. for its professional-grade dashi packs, and Okamura Seiyu Co., Ltd. for its specialized Athlete Oil.

In the Chubu region, notable Grand Prix winners include Niigata Kagayaki Agricultural Cooperative for its Shironé Edamame, Kuroda Etchu Gyoza Institute for its Himi Wagyu beef dumplings, Mizuguchi Milk Plant for its Nanapikari Yogurt, and Les Blanc Co., Ltd. for its Nama Fuyaman confectionery.
