Japan health management and fitness sector sees new service launches

Several Japanese companies are expanding health management and fitness services. issin Inc., a University of Tokyo startup, will showcase its Welly Compass dashboard at the DX General EXPO 2026. The platform uses AI to centralize health checkup, stress check, and attendance data to help organizations identify and address health risks.

In the fitness sector, Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. has obtained the JAPHIC mark, a third-party certification for personal information protection, for its BODY PALETTE corporate health management service. Meanwhile, Kawabata Construction Co., Ltd. has launched a wellness project in Fukui Prefecture in collaboration with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The three-month program aims to improve employee health through exercise and nutrition support.

New physical locations are also opening, including a Real Body personal gym in Mobara City, Chiba, and the 76th ECOFIT24 24-hour fitness gym in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.
