Japan holds overseas university fairs in Osaka and Tokyo

The Overseas Study Promotion Association will host the "Overseas University Admission Fair 2026 Autumn" in Osaka on 21 September and in Tokyo on 23 September. The free event is aimed at high‑school and university students, recent graduates and their parents, and will bring representatives from universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and other English‑language destinations. Participating institutions include Monash University, Durham University, the University of Sheffield, Arizona State University, the University of Alberta and several Malaysian universities such as Monash University Malaysia and Taylor’s University.

EducationUSA will hold a scholarship information session for prospective U.S. students on 27 August in Tokyo’s Akasaka Intercity Conference Center. The free, pre‑registration event consists of a seminar on U.S. study‑abroad and scholarship options followed by a scholarship fair where organizations such as JASSO, Global‑Passport, the Sasakawa Peace Foundation and the Yanai Masaru Foundation will field questions from attendees.
