Japan launches CoDMON childcare ICT service and expands hacomono sports club management tools

The education‑technology company CoDMON announced that its ICT service for childcare facilities will be introduced in four public nurseries in Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture, beginning on August 3, 2026. The rollout aims to lessen staff workload, improve communication with parents, and provide real‑time attendance tracking through a mobile app, replacing phone calls and low‑read‑rate email notifications. Fukuoka now has 26 municipalities using CoDMON services.

Separately, HACOMONO, a provider of cloud‑based management systems for sports and community facilities, expanded its all‑in‑one platform with new features such as a management‑site message board, enhanced parent‑coach communication with file attachments and history logs, finer‑grained permission settings for personal data, QR‑code check‑in for attendance, and a refreshed scheduling interface. These upgrades are intended to reduce administrative burdens and support the growing shift of school club activities to community venues amid declining birthrates and teacher work‑style reforms.
