Fujitsu Learning Media launches AI Ready service

Fujitsu Learning Media has launched the ‘AI Ready service’ to support organizations in creating environments where humans and AI can learn together. The service aims to move beyond simple AI implementation by addressing common challenges such as underutilization and lack of integration into business processes.

The service focuses on organizing and structuring business knowledge and know-how into organizational knowledge assets that both humans and AI can utilize. It employs a three-pronged approach: ‘organizing’, ‘connecting’, and ‘establishing’ to ensure knowledge circulates between people and AI.

As an initial step, the company is collaborating with the Language Understanding Institute (ILU) to utilize its ‘AX-laei’ data structuring solution, ensuring high-quality structured data for AI readiness. The goal is to transform organizations into ‘learning organizations’ that continuously evolve through the integrated application of business understanding, data structuring technology, and human development.
