Japan leisure providers announce seasonal discount plans

Various Japanese leisure and transportation providers have announced seasonal discount programs for late 2026.

Bandai Namco Experience Co., Ltd. is launching special pricing for its “Tondemi” indoor athletic facilities from September 1 to October 26, 2026. The “Papa, Mama, Ganbare! Parent-Child Sports Day Pack” offers a 1,000 yen discount per adult when accompanied by a child elementary school age or younger. Additionally, a student discount plan will allow middle school students and older to access facilities for 1,500 yen.

Oigawa Railway has extended its discounted round-trip plans for the Minami Alps Apto Line through September. These include a family plan for the Senzu to Okutaio Lake Station route, where two adults can bring up to two middle school students or younger for no additional charge. Other options include group plans for up to four people and a “Platt Plan” that allows for one mid-journey stop during round trips.
