Japan marriage services introduce AI dating practice and garden events
Marriage service provider Onet has announced a rebranding of its services to offer more intensive, guided support for individuals seeking marriage. The new model aims to address the gap between the high desire for marriage and the hesitation to actively participate in dating activities. Key features include new pricing tiers and the introduction of generative AI to allow users to practice matchmaking and dating scenarios through “AI Omiai Training Powered by PeopleX.”
In a separate initiative to facilitate social connections, the Japan Marriage Support Association will host the “2026 AUTUMN GARDEN PARTY” on October 3, 2026, at Kiyosumi Gardens in Tokyo. The event is designed for single men and women in their late 20s and 30s, offering structured one-on-one conversations, group walks, and mealtime interactions to foster natural connections in a garden setting.
