Japan national football team announces squad for Brazil and Paraguay matches

The Japan Football Association has announced the squad for the national team's upcoming tour in Singapore. Led by manager Hajime Moriyasu, the team is scheduled to face Brazil on November 14 and Paraguay on November 17.

The match against Brazil serves as a rematch of their World Cup Round of 32 encounter. The squad features the first call-up for forward Shio Fukuda, alongside the return of key players including Takumi Minamino, Hiroki Machida, and Tatsuhiro Sakamoto.

Other notable selections include Takefusa Kubo, Ritsu Doan, and Ayase Suzuki. Due to the postponement of the Asian Cup, this Singapore tour may represent the final matches for Moriyasu as manager, as his departure was previously planned to coincide with the tournament.
