Japan Real Estate Brokerage Exam: Providers launch rapid scoring services

Following the 2026 Real Estate Brokerage Qualification Examination held on October 18, major educational institutions in Japan are providing rapid assessment services for examinees.

Sogo Shikaku Gakuin announced it will begin a YouTube live stream of answer key updates around 15:10, shortly after the exam concludes at 15:00. The school is also offering a free same-day scoring service that provides estimated passing scores via email. Additionally, they will provide a free downloadable PDF containing detailed explanations of the exam questions.

Similarly, TAC Co., Ltd. is conducting a live broadcast starting at 16:10 to reveal predicted correct answer numbers and estimated passing scores for all 50 questions. TAC is utilizing web-based data collection from examinees nationwide to provide high-precision score analysis. They are also offering free PDF answer explanations and scheduled sessions for detailed instructor commentary.
