Japan Real Estate Sector Schedules 2026 Seminar and Networking Events

The Sagamihara Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Division will host a seminar on the current state and outlook of the real‑estate market in Kanagawa and beyond on 8 October 2026. The event, held at the Chinese restaurant Dunhuang, includes a 90‑minute presentation by Tsutomu Yukuchi, head of research at Hamagin Research Institute, followed by a networking session. It is limited to 40 participants, with a fee of ¥5,000.

A separate networking gathering, the 23rd "Tsunagaru" Real Estate Exchange, is set for 18 August 2026 at Grayd Park Shibuya in Tokyo. Organized by Adval Co., Ltd. and linked to the Tsunagaru matching platform, the two‑hour session aims to foster business connections among industry professionals. About 150 attendees are expected, and the cost is ¥3,000 per person.
