Japan semiconductor packaging market expands amid AI and HBM demand

Japan is entering a new investment phase in the advanced semiconductor packaging market, driven by the rising demand for AI accelerators, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), chiplets, and 2nm manufacturing technologies.
