Japan: Woman expresses frustration over husband's lack of support during newborn care
A woman in her 20s shared an account of her struggles with childcare and a perceived lack of support from her husband. While managing the exhausting demands of caring for a newborn, including feeding and soothing the infant every two hours, she expressed frustration over her husband's indifference.
According to the account, the husband remained preoccupied with watching baseball on television, even when the infant was crying. When asked for assistance, he reportedly gave dismissive responses, leading the woman to feel as though she was raising the child alone.
