Japan Women's Open: 50 players qualify for main tournament

Fifty players have secured spots in the main tournament of the Japan Women's Open following the final qualifying rounds held at two venues in Chiba and Hyogo.

Prominent players who successfully qualified include Mone Inami, a former prize money queen, as well as Serena Aoki, Haruka Mori, Reika Miyako, and Kanako Aoki. The qualifying process saw high-profile athletes such as Sakura Yokomine, Shiho Oyama, and Kokona Sakurai fail to secure a place in the main event.

The tournament is scheduled to begin on October 1 at the Takarazuka Golf Club Old Course in Hyogo.
