In Chiba Prefecture, the U‑15 girls’ basketball championship saw Yachiyo Shoin Middle School advance to the best‑8, recording wins over Minami‑Boso Municipal Reihō Junior High (35‑18), Ichikawa Municipal Shihohama Academy (66‑28) and Kashiwa Municipal Nishihara Junior High (40‑30). The team later fell in the quarter‑finals after a strong first half but earned praise for their determination.

In Akita, the Blauw Blitz Academy’s U‑15 soccer matches were held on June 13‑14. The team recorded a 3‑0 loss to Aomori Yamada Junior High, a 4‑1 victory over Sportif Akita with three goals from Haruya Sato, a 3‑0 win over Ōsumi SSS featuring two goals by Jō Ōshū and one by Hayato Yokoyama, and a 4‑0 win over BS Esperado with goals by Keisuke Nakashima (2), Reki Denno and Junsuiton Promuprakun.
