Two new anime adaptations have been announced for upcoming broadcast cycles in Japan.

The fantasy series ‘The World’s Strongest Witch Has Started’ is scheduled to begin airing on October 7, 2026. Produced by Bridge/Aile and directed by Joji Furuta, the story follows Lona, a girl exiled for having a seemingly weak skill that is actually a high-level ability to access modern internet knowledge and walkthrough sites. The series will air on networks including TOKYO MX and BS11.

Additionally, the battle fantasy series ‘Survival of the Strongest Heroine in an Otome Game’ has been greenlit for a July 2027 release. Based on a series with over 900,000 copies in circulation, the production is a collaboration between STUDIO CLUTCH and Animation Studio Seven. Directed by Norika Sasaki, the plot centers on Aria, a girl who discovers she is the heroine of an otome game and chooses to fight for survival in that world.
