Japanese anime series ‘BLACK TORCH’ and ‘Dodge Danko’ release episode updates

Updates have been released regarding the upcoming ninth episodes of two Japanese television anime series: ‘BLACK TORCH’ and ‘Dodge Danko’ (the sequel to ‘Dodge Danpei’).

For ‘BLACK TORCH’, the ninth episode, titled ‘ONE’, is scheduled to broadcast on August 29, 2026. The plot follows the character Jiro, who is under surveillance after being defeated by Amaki and possessing the immense spiritual power of Raghu. Due to programming adjustments, the broadcast time for TV Aichi has been moved to 26:25.

For ‘Dodge Danko’, the ninth episode, titled ‘Trembling Memories! Shura no Dodge!’, focuses on the character Susie. Following the sacrifice of her teammate Mochiko, Susie finds renewed fighting spirit, fueled by a deep bond between the two characters that was previously unknown to their peers.
