Japanese bakeries highlight new specialty breads and desserts

DELY BREAD, located in the Brande Kenkyu Gakuen store in Tsukuba, features two recommended items: mini melon pan and chocolate batard. The mini melon pan is a soft, light snack sold in sets of five, while the chocolate batard incorporates chocolate dough with juicy dried cranberries.

In Kichijoji, Boulangerie ANTENDO has introduced new dessert breads, including a Danish ice cream option where ice cream is topped on croissants at the register, and a circle brulee featuring custard and caramel with a torched brown sugar topping.
